I want a diamond stud to just barely announce itself as a passing refractory glint in the light.Accordingly, I got the 2mm size. Bingo! They're perfect. I'll also note that the hypoallergenic aspect was a huge selling point, as I have all sorts of skin rash issues from using certain fragrances or soaps -- particularly those with precursors to formaldehyde (you may get the sense I've been dermatologically assessed, and I have). Not saying that's an apples-to-apples issue with placing certain metals on the skin, but I got no time to find out the hard way.Terrific product at an awesome value (under $10).
