The product is fine quality and meets all my needs.

I was experimenting with icy smoothies and they would separate too much. After some research I saw Xanthan gum being recommended so I thought it was worth trying. Well, it definitely works and prevents separation in icy blends. It's extremely powerful, you only need something like 1/8 teaspoon for a large blender full. Any more and it does start to get a slightly gummy mouthfeel.I'm interested to try using it in other applications like stir frys, sauces, and dressings.

Bought this for making homemade protein ice cream and it has worked perfect. Haven't tried any other brand so I didn't have anything to compare it to but other than that I am very happy with the product and how it works

I don't write reviews often, but I just had to for this product. I've been missing the taste and texture of Starbucks frappuccinos (but unwilling to spend an arm and a leg to get them), and blending any mixture of milk/ice/yogurt at home just hasn't been able to even come close. I decided to try this product, and I could not be happier! Just a little goes a long way towards making anything thrown in the blender come out at an excellent consistency, nice and thick, letting ice stay crunchy, just like the fraps I was missing. It has no taste (at least as far as I can tell) and just does exactly what I needed it to do. With how little is needed per drink, it'll last a long time for its price too!
