Works well
Goes on easy. I just want put some on my finger before going to pet the dog and he doesn’t mind at all. He’s not so cooperative if he sees the container. lol.

Cost Effective
Usually this is much cheaper than what I'd have to buy at TSC and I find it works just as well. Still have to apply two times a day at the worst part of fly season but keeps the bites in check.

Great for dogs ear tips not getting bit by flies
Been using this successfully for decades at a large commercial kennel. Keeps the flies from biting and chewing off the tips of dogs on dogs that live outside, especially for dogs with up ears like German Shepherds

The EPA should know how Farnam packages and ships known toxins to consumers!!
I received 3 jars of the Flys-Off repellent ointment wrapped in plastic wrap, inside a flimsy plastic Prime envelope. One jar had the cover and seal cracked open allowing the ointment to leak out. Another jar had the bottom crushed inward, allowing ointment to leak out. Why would you package a known toxin this way? How am I supposed to return this now?? Seriously Farnam, you should know better!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

It really works
I love the fact that my puppies are so happy when I put this ornament on them on flys no problems with them thank you so much for keeping this product in. I wish it came in a bigger size.

Works great, a little thick.
This works great. My horse and dogs hate fly spray for some reason. I gave it 4 stars because it’s extremely thick and hard to apply. It doesn’t smell awful like the fly sprays. I think it would be best used for around the ears and face wear you can rub it in.

Make sure to start with a loading dose. I feel like this has really helped my arthritic 28 yr old gelding.
