4 Player Upright Arcade Machine with 4,708 Games in 1 32" Monitor Trackballs

This arcade machine was a gift for the family and it does not disappoint. It is easy to assemble (minimal) and it works great! Our whole family loves it. Everyone can play their favorite arcade game. And I can’t say enough about the customer service. They called me personally to give me a shipping update and ensured it would be delivered by Christmas, which it was. We love this machine!

As a technician that worked on arcade machines for Dave & Busters, I can attest that this is a true arcade quality machine. The coin mechanism and cash box are functional, not just for decoration. From the guts to the paneling, the quality shines. The assembly inside is neatly organized and wire management is fantastic. The library of games provided is vast. The quality of support at Prime Arcades is stellar. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to purchasing my next cabinet from them in the future.

Nobody is responding about the issue with the screen not working.

This marble vs capcom Prime Arcades was awesome! Out of the box the arcade comes assembled ready to plug in and play. Over 4K games I already used for my first birth party and all the kids including adults from 80’s era loved it. The arcade was being played over 5 hours with no problems. So many games to choose from Pac-Man, Star Wars, Aliens, mortal combat, Streetfighter1,2, sonic, Mario brothers, and so much more. Recommend it to all those that still have the spirit of a kid inside. Game on!

I’ve had it for 2-3 weeks. The games are not in high Def, so it’s stretched sideways on the high def screen...doesn’t look/feel authentic. PAC Man, Galaga, Ms PAC Man...all stretched sideways and don’t look like the real game. I emailed them twice to see if there’s a setting that can be changed but no response. A bit disappointed.

Great product! Super slick set up, looks amazing! So far all the games work in their original glory. Folks, this machine is HUGE, make sure you have plenty of room! Only thing I wish it had was a favorites tab, searching through games to get what you want can be tedious.

Had trouble starting machine so I called the help line and was taken care of immediately on a Sunday afternoon. After texting back and forth problem was resolved with a lose power cord. Customer service was exceptional and now we are playing a great game of Ms Pac-Man. Thank you Prime Arcade.

Even better in person. Service was incredible. Love the custom graphics. Games play just like the arcade. Love everything about it. It’s a hit with friends and family.
