This is very pretty and I’m so happy with it. Yes, it sheds like crazy and filled up two vacuum cleaner bags, but I’m sure that will settle with time.

Heavy and great quality. I bought 4 different sizes and all were exactly as described. The pictures do not do justice to the actual colors of rugs.

Love the colors of this rug. Goes very well in my room. However, I don’t know how come it sheds so much. It fills my rocket sweeper each time I vacuum and that could be every day!! I’d like to know the source of this wool because it’s like short fibers and dust that I’m seeing when I empty out the vacuum.

Shannon and Noah provided white glove delivery service. They were just great, carried in the 110 pound rug with no issues, delicately removed all the plastic, and helped me to set it up properly. They were fantastic!! Would definitely use them again in future!!!

SAFAVIEH rugs are the only line I’ve been purchasing for the past few years . I’ve replaced rugs in my home with this product line and shall continue on the purchase and recommendations .I don’t really know the entire mishaps or can agree on some of the comments but I shall say - I’ve purchased well about 5 so far and not one of my items are like the negative comments .I shall say when someone post a review I do t take it to heart , I learn from my own experience. I’ve never had an issue with any of the rugs I’ve ordered from this company. I prefer rugs and runners . I have hardwood floors and tiled kitchen . I don’t not like or use carpeting so these rugs , runners and mats work well for me .Matter of fact the last runner I purchased - SAFAVIEH Blossom charcoal … well I received it quickly (Thursday evening) …Same time frame I called for a return as I realized it was the incorrect length that I selected while multi tasking lol…Amazon quickly gave me a return label for pick up . I then ordered the correct length right after speaking to Amazon.Next day pick up service completed for the return by UPS .New rug was being shipped and delivered . Received my new rug (Saturday) along with my refund from the returned rug. The wrapping and shipping - perfect. The rugs are of good quality and durable - never had an issue .I use a vacuum that gives good height to vacuum rugs / runners / carpet etc.I clean my rugs and vacuum them weekly …. Still -No issues with them .
