This is not primer. Doesn't hold glitter in place, smudges easily and very sticky. Not party proof, not drink proof, definitely not kiss proof. This stuff is useless. A glitter primer for your lips needs to completely dry and actually be a primer. WhenGlitter is applied it should not smudge, or anything, it should hold in place through everything, except when your scrubbing it off. Thats about all it has going for it. This just did not work to adhere glitter to my lips without the glitter going everywhere. It's essentially a super thick lip gloss. What's needed for glitter is glue. This does however leave a nice gloss just DON'T PUT GLITTER ON IT.
