Blood Lines: The Witch Fairy, Book 3

This is third book in the series and takes Xandra and Kallen to the fey realm. And of all the things to do she is to protect her father who wanted her dead and tried to have her killed. She meets a few new people. Some nice some not so nice, but I really liked that Xandra had no qualma about showing them just how powerful she is. Of course at the end of book 2 Kallen's Grandmother was introduced so she was leading the charge in this book, and in her own way doing things to kind of guarantee a handfasting between Xandra and Kallen. I found the parts where the pureblood fey being their superior self and Xandra showing them who is really superior funny. There were lots of laughs especially since Xandra is still learning to control her magic. I laughed so hard I cried. I can't wait for the next book.

It's been a while since l've started this series and it was effortless to pick up right were I left off, falling back into sync with the storyline i adore. This was yet another great read absorbing the reader into another world with lots of adventure and great commitary between all the characters allowing the reader to experience more views and personalities. Main female lead did not disappoint in her fierceness, and her beliefs for what she felt morally right. Lead male lead is uplifting with the constant supporting to the female lead in all and any aspect. Something not practiced in moderate society, making for a enjoyqble read I always appreciate. Supporting characters are great and easily lovable making the read that much better.

I love the story line and character development of this series. The one thing I have found distracting in the final couple of chapters is the editing. Most of the story is edited fairly well but the final 30% of the story is very badly edited with a lot of misspellings and sentence structure errors. As a reader and former editor of brouchures I find this very, very distracting during the most important part of the story, the climax.

I read the whole series one right after the other. I became wholly enveloped in the world created by this author. I almost turned away because the ghost parent thing put me off at first, but I kept reading and couldn't put any of the 7 books down until I had torn through them.This is the third or fourth fairy series I have read, and among them this is ome of the most memorable. I am enamored of all things Fae. While this is geared more for YA readers than Laurell K. Hamilton or The Fae Fever series of Karen Marie Morning, it is still fun for adults.

This is an awesome series! I started the first book which was 99 cents, True of Blood and did not think I would be so impressed with a YA novel. But I love the main character Xandra and the supporting characters, both good and bad add substance and great depth to the story. Since this is book 3 and its left us with some questions about Aunt Barb and Zac, I'm guessing that this is a full series and not just a trilogy. Excellent because I was sad when I opened it thinking it was the last one. Great series!! Great prices!

An amazing series from start to finish. Lamer hooks you with just the right amount of magic, love, humor, and action. You never know what will happen next. A real page turner. You do need to read the series in order, or you will get lost and miss some of the nuances of the series.

Good book. I started reading the first two books and got hooked, I immediatly ordered the rest of the series and have enjoyed everyone of the books. I had never read Bonnie Lamer before, but if all of her books are like this series I will read her again. Just a nice easy fun read, that keeps the reader totaly engrossed.

I have never cared for books written in first person style. But this series, written first person style, is one of the best I have ever read. The prose is real, quick witted, funny, totally plausible and while reading, it's so real it's like watching a movie. I finished the first 7 books in 4 1/2 days...I saw book number 8 and did a victory dance!!! Hope there will be 100 in the series...it's that good. I just cannot recommend this series highly enough!

I admit I am fairly new to this genre but am enjoying the series so far. This one maybe not as good as the previous two but some funny moments keep it moving along, (not to give anything away, black bikini is all I will say). Looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Love the whole series of these books after a hard day at the office love disappearing for a few hours getting lost in the magic of the book, easy read Well done Bonnie Lamer!

Good easy read. Enjoying the series. Quite humorous in parts and good fantasy reading. Will enjoy the rest of the books I'm sure.

I've gone through the first three books in two days!!! I cant wait to find out what happens next! Fresh and exciting these books are great from the get go 😊
