This cookbook is amazing! Maya has invented some easy and delicious keto recipes. We have made multiple recipes from this book and they were all so flavorful and everyone wanted seconds (kids and adults)! Favorites so far are her "Caramelized Onion Meatballs", "Fudgy Brownies", "Classic Hearty Beef Chili", and "Garlic Herb Roasted Radishes". I was surprised at how many spices Maya uses in her recipes, it adds so much. She really got creative with the flavors of the many keto ingredients. I also love how Maya put a little story with her recipes and also tips and ideas to keep things easy. I can't open this book without thinking"ooh, that looks good!" and get hungry! Not only are the recipes amazing, but the book itself is very high quality. I have had another keto cookbook break after only owning it for a month or two, but that is not the case with this book the spine is strong and wearing well. The vivid colors are beautiful and the book reads well. If you are like me and pick most recipes based on the picture, this cookbook will not disappoint! There are so many pictures! Altogether, the recipes are wonderful, the pictures will reel you in, and the book will last a long time. Good job Maya, an inspirational book to us all! The book itself, well what can i say, easy recipes so you actually have time and look forward to preparing them, Pictures that make your mouth water, just a few high quality ingredients so you don't end up running out often or spend a lot of time with just getting ready to cook. Broken out into breakfast- lunch - and dinner with additional variations, meal prep idea's, and suggestions per her experience so you know the tricks of the trade, what to watch out for. Meal planning suggestions and each meal shows fat-carbs-protein content so you can hit your numbers easily. And unlike other cook books, I've gone thru this and know I'll make most if not all rather than just one or two. Keto is not just eggs and beacon ! These you can make, and your loved ones will feel like there eaten meals from the finest restaurants. You wont hear them griping about whats to eat ! Love the website, but need my book back or buy another. Even thou i have other keto cookbooks, this one belongs on my countertop.

Best Birthday Gift Ever!!

Pretty good
I made the "Best 90-Second Bread" recipe for the first time this morning. VERY easy. Made in the microwave. Cut it in half, half for hubs, half for me; I'm eating for first time after a 36-hour fast; one half of the recipe, with some butter, folded in half to make a butter sandwich, and I'm not hungry now! So I went ahead and made a mix so for several next times I can just cut off a tablespoon of butter, microwave in bottom of glass bowl, get out one egg, add 3-1/2 tbsp. of the mix, microwave; wham, 90 seconds to not-hungry-anymore. (well ya gotta figger on a few extra seconds to add more butter and cut it in half for hubs). Hubs put peanut butter on his. Yeah, it's not the same as "real" bread, but it's FOOD, it satisfies, it tastes okay, it's similar to "real" (flat) bread. I'm flexible enough to really appreciate it. There's a section of the book on "Fathead dough" too, ways to use it, which is nice. Next recipe I'll try, Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps; but it calls for "1-1/2 tablespoons red curry paste, or to taste" ... huh? whut's dat? ... but the main idea is, use lettuce to wrap up filling of meat and chopped fresh veg. And since she gives for each recipe, serving size in ounces, and calories, ... fat, total carbs, net carbs, and protein in grams, even if you fudge on the recipe, you've got at least an idea of those statistics. I do wish there was not so much reliance on erythritol, seems to be true of most sweet keto recipes. It's used for BULK. Still trying to convert the old sweet recipes to the new ones and bulk is missing with plain stevia powder, which is all I try to use. The index is pretty good; very important. She gives a well-written blurb for each recipe, always helpful; and nice photos for every recipe. I've got the hardcover book, thick smooth pleasant-feeling paper. UPDATE: I LOVE her using fathead dough to make Gnocchi! Creative thinking, and the little gnocchis made with either coconut or almond flour (and mozzarella of course) are DELICIOUS, and very filling.

Great recipes for the “Keto beginner” and continuing lifestyle. Easy, simple, tasty recipes!
I found the Wholeaum Yum website when we started a Keto based weight loss program over a year ago and used many great recipes and helpful tips. It saved me, because I had no idea how to eat or cook low carb. I cooked a lot of good “healthy” meals (I thought) but lots of carbs. I had to totally change the types of ingredients I used and was really overwhelmed when I couldn’t use many of the recipes I’d been using for 30+ years. I now have the cookbook and have used many of the recipes already and don’t have to keep looking up recipes from the website all the time. The recipes are mostly quick and easy, using simple, healthy ingredients that taste great. The fathead dough recipe is awesome and I can’t wait to try the variations. My husband made the mini bell pepper nachos yesterday and they were fantastic. We didn’t miss the “nachos” at all! I highly recommend this cookbook! I also highly recommend an insta pot for low carb recipes too. Good luck!

I purchased this book a couple weeks ago and have tried many of the recipes. All of them turned out well and were very delicious. The picture is the sheet pan breakfast sandwich that I made yesterday. I substituted home made Italian sausage for the breakfast sausage since I like spicy more than sweet. The book provides the guidance and allows you to adjust the recipe flavor as you want. My only complaint is that there are not more recipes or another book. For people on a Keto life style, the book provides all the information required to stay within your macronutrient ranges. The instructions are very clear. The ingredients are readily available. The recommended ingredients are from suppliers in the US. I live in Canada so I can get everything at the Bulk Barn. If you are on a Keto diet, you will not regret getting this book.

Endlich mal ein Buch , dass interessant geschrieben ist und auf den Punkt kommt. Alles wissenswerte kurz und verständlich dargestellt. Die Rezepte inklusive Tipps sind sehr lecker, gut beschrieben und jederzeit umsetzbar. Ich liebe dieses Buch.

I started to follow Maya online and realised that she had published a book. I ordered it and am happy to say that so far, all the recipes I have tried have been superb. They are easy to follow and make you feel as though you're eating the usual high carb food! If you are following this way of life, her recipe book is the way to go! I've been doing this for well over 3 years but have been re-energised having bought the book. My husband (Type 2 diabetic with insulin) is very happy and doesn't feel deprived. The only issue I have in England is that some of the ingredients are impossible to buy here, like allulose. I sincerely hope this will be rectified in the near future. Apart from that, the ingredients are relatively simple to find especially as most are available on Amazon. I have told my sisters (one has also bought the book and loves it) and the other one will probably buy it soon. Also bought it for my sister-in-law for her birthday as she is gluten-intolerant. She is now inspired too! If you want to eat healthily and deliciously, buy this book. You will not regret it.
