Everyone should buy one, just in case.Let's face it, we all get in trouble from time to time, and wouldn't it be nice to be ahead of the ballgame? Buy one of these, and keep it set aside. Then, should you find yourself on the wrong side of the law, simply swallow the master key, and within a few days, you'll be the most popular person in prison! It's a bit long to pass sideways, and the double-lock tip is definitely painful on the way out, but if it comes out longways, you barely feel a thing. And at under $20.00, it's just smart to plan ahead and buy two or three, for future events, because swallowing it a second time will leave a bad taste in your mouth. And as an added bonus, the key is made of non-ferrous aluminum and composite materials, leaving it virtually undetectable in the county metal detectors. It's universal, and works on all LE handcuffs.

I have used Zak Tool handcuff keys for years, and didn't realize there was a better one than I had. The oversized handcuff key is larger, easy to handle, sturdy, and fits just like the others I've used in the past. Wish I had this one all along!The ribbed texture makes this easy to hold and operate. Fits every set of handcuffs I use daily. The longer shank works better than the tiny keys that accompany most handcuffs.

I am security this product works great

The reason I don't give this 5 stars is I've had issues with the key fitting in some cuffs and then jamming up when trying to pull it out of others. Now yes it could have been that certain pair of cuff's but when in a hurry, the last thing you want is to have it jam up. It would make a great backup key if needed.

Great handcuff key. I keep keys everywhere from my keychain, tethered in an admin pocket on my carrier, and this one clipped into the MOLLE next to my ID panel. Decent quality for the price point.
