Great Brake Line for Flaring.
This is is a great, bendable, and stronger line to work with for making flared brake lines. Didn't have any issues with cracking or tearing while making the flares like some other lines I have purchased do. And it is zinc coated for rust prevention too.

New type of brake line superior to original steel type.
This newer type of brake line is very easy to work with. Cuts clean, is very bendable to help with replacing the original metal brake lines that were normally installed before the engine was. Thereby making it difficult to replace the defective line with a new steel brake line that are usually very difficult to get around parts and frame of the vehicle. With the new metal composition it is non rusting (a big plus) plus you are able to bend it easy enough to get through the same pathway as the original and finish off by making the final bends necessary with a brake line bending pliers to get it lined up with brackets and connections. It also is very easy to make your bubble or double flares with this new type of brake line. Extremely pleased with my results.

Better than Cu coated line
This brake line is better than Cu coated line, but pay a little extra and get SUR&R brake line.

Easy to use, once you figure it out.
I grabbed a roll to use on my Datsun 510 and it works great! But, I had to learn that if you use the Eastwood Professional Brake Flaring tool, it is best not to clean up the tubing before flaring. I know, it was a hard habit to break, but if I cleaned it up as you do steel line, it would make a kink right under the flare and the flare nut will not seat properly. I found that checking for burrs after the flare was the best way to clean it up. I bent it using a small tubing bender from Harbor Freight, along with the bending pliers, and I did not use my large bender. Some bends where even done using some sockets and cans for forms. The large ones where done by hand. If i have to do lines on another car again, I will definitely be getting this product again!

Will never use steel again!
The best for brake line, i recently replaced my two rear lines, ran the line from the box to the back, the metal is soft enough that i never had a bad flare, makes the job easier and easy to cut. Replaced the lines last winter and looking at them now the fitting are rust looking but the lines look GREAT! they do not rust so they will last longer! Amazon is the best place to buy. If you go to a auto parts store the price marked up high!

Bad for DIN/ISO bubble flare
The tubing is too soft or too thin. I tried forming a DIN/ISO metric bubble flare using three different tools. Each time, this tubing buckled or formed a lopsided flare. It isn't usable for what I want, so I returned most of it. As one other commenter noted, lines from The Stop Shop work fine (and have the proper SAE markings on them, which these lack), so I am using those.
