What is the "instability index or mbt index" of this shoe? One would think seller would list or at least answer questions vs "Ask the Community"

I have no idea what an instability index is, and I have been wearing MBT shoes since 2009 when I was working 10 hour shifts in an emergency room... 
While MBT's, especially those with an extreme "rocker", take some extra care to get comfortable and safe while wearing them... My choice has always been the most extreme "rocker" because it allows me to "rock" forward when standing to relieve pressure on my heels and vice versa... Perhaps the MBT website can better answer your question...

Question 2

In the original mbt sandals i bought  size 36.    ,i am a size 6.5 ,but acording to your new sandals a 6.5 says i should buy a size 37. which one?

Because they are completely adjustable and so open, I don't think it matters terribly. I'd probably go with 37 and tighten the straps if necessary. By the way, the new MBTs are definitely different from the old ones. They don't feel as well made and don't fit me exactly the same as my old ones. (This may be my singular experience.)

Question 3

My podiatrist told me to get stiff soled shoes with a rocker bottom. are the straps soft? the reviews on these shoes is very mixed.

in the past, I have owned MBT sandals that are wonderfully soft and pliable. This pair is stiff and has rubbed blisters, because I believe the leather is stiffer and the style is not ideal. the ones with a diagonal strap across the instep were the best, if you can find those. They look similar otherwise.

Is the shoes waterproof? Can I wash the shoe

I returned the shoes.  The material was so stiff, they gave me multiple blisters.
