I started taking feverfew in capsule form for my migraines, but the capsules aren't very effective, so I tried ordering this product. When the bottle arrived, I figured I'd start using it right away. I shook the bottle before opening, but it didn't feel like anything was moving inside, and I soon discovered why.The contents were a thick near-black sludge, with a pungent odor akin to raw sewage, and nearly the entire contents of the bottle adhered to the outside of the dropper as I withdrew it. I forced as much of the substance as I could back into the bottle, and after struggling with it for a while, managed to actually get about half a dropper into a cup of water. I mixed it, then held my breath and tried to drink the mix.My first sip went directly into the sink, as did the rest of the cup's contents shortly thereafter. It tasted even worse than it smelled. Maybe this is why feverfew also comes mixed with rosemary or other herbs.When I told this story to the herbalist who first suggested feverfew to me, he said the substance should not have been thick at all. I have ordered other Nature's Answer alcohol-free herbs from the same supplier, and those have always been a thin liquid, so I may have just gotten a bad batch of feverfew. Unfortunately, the odor is probably inherent to feverfew; I tried opening up one of the capsules I've been taking, and it had a similar smell and taste, though not nearly as potent.

Every morning waking up to terrible headaches. Now I just use 1/2 tincture of Feverfew in the morning/ and do the same at nght before retiring. No more headaches/ or if there is one it's severity is much Less!

Helps best if taken at first sign of migraine or headache. I use in combination with hops on nights that I am restless. If I wake up more than once I may take a 2nd round if it's been a few hours between to fend off or lessen a headache in progress. Wont take away every pain but it does help.

I use this for my headaches/migraines and it helps (I gave up on pills and prescriptions since they didn't help long term) the taste is not the greatest at first but you get used to it- besides you aren't drinking a lot of it at a time.

I highly recommend this product for tension/migraine headache sufferers! I used it morning and night when prescription medications did not work. The taste is very bitter, but you once you get past that, you experience results. I recommend using it consistently for about 1mth.

I am allergic to pain medication so when i got a terrible toothache i hoped that this would work and it did. It does taste bad, but after the 5th time taking it I got use to the taste.
