Mother in Law's Kimchi House Napa Cabbage, 16 oz

Tastes great ,ingredients are just right and heat just right, I will order this again.

Kimchi is one of the best things for your body. This is a kimchi that has delicious taste, not too odorful, versatile and you can eat it with a lot of things, it tastes authetically korean bbq to me :)

I loved this Kimchi. I really like kimchi in general, but this has more of a vinegar taste to it that I really enjoy. I can eat it straight out of the jar as a snack. It's really delicious on sandwiches. The best.

i like that it's crunchy and the leaves are intact, meaning you can either eat it as one long leaf or cut it into bite size pieces. but this is more of a sour kimchi and sometimes it competes too much with whatever food you pair it with. if you're diabetic and korean like me, i love that kimchi is not one of the foods i have to give up. however, i am not really into sour kimchi. unfortunately, amazon fresh doesn't offer anything other than this brand. it's perfectly fine, just not my preference. plus, i need something spicy and this isn't.

I love all sorts of kimchi & I like nappa cabbage. The product was on sale, so this should have been a good match for me. The flavor was so-so, but the only way it could be eaten was with a knife and fork. The nappa was full sized and not cut up at all. I wanted one small piece but ended up with a HUGE one that was a solid 8 inches long and 4 inches wide, when you unfolded it! The fermentation process seems to make the nappa tougher, rather than more tender, like it does with regular cabbage. So, the only way it could be eaten was with a knife & fork. But the worst thing was something that I didn't find out until I sat down to write this review - the ingredients listed on the page are not accurate. It contains anchovies, shrimp and beef broth - something that vegetarians or allergic people cannot have! To be fair, one of the photos at the top of the page show the ingredients correctly, however when I ordered this, I looked at the ingredient list toward the bottom of the page, which showed it as being vegan. Maybe this 'whole leaf' nappa is traditional, but even without the animal products, it's just too difficult to eat!

Real kimchi doesn't take like this. and yes I would know, I'm Korean.

Best Kim Chi around. Especially when its same day/night delivery! A++
