I purchased this stretching strap to improve my flexibility. Despite yoga classes, I feel that I have to stretch my muscles more frequently. I chose this strap because it comes with a Door Flexibility & Leg Stretcher, which makes it a great product for the body and pays off financially. After several uses I'm happy to write to you that I did not waste my money!! This is a very good strap In terms of the material from which it is made and in terms of the accompanying products: using the e-book I received and the free videos I can use it correctly at home and prevent injuries.

Got this to help posture but the straps bind the armpits and the back piece rides up so it does little to help posture. Only benefit is it hurts more when your shoulders are forward so it is a reminder to pull them back.

I mean what can i say, it does everything it states and it's probably going to last years. What it is is a nylon strap, as you can see, it has a slightly softer piece thats the black strap. The black square part is what you throw on top of the door and close it, it gets trapped on the other side and holds that loop part up, or you can place it on the floor. Either way, it's mad so can pull it like a pulley almost to stretch legs and arms. It comes with a free video you can download as well. Stiching isn't great, and it's probably made very quickly like in china or something, but with that said, it's plenty strong and should last years. It's 16 bucks but really something like this should be like 8 bucks max lol. But dont let me scare you, it'll do the job.

I have had to take several years off training due to illness and am finally getting back into it--but it's going slowly, due to age and pre-existing injuries. I LOVE this strap. It makes it so much easier to stretch and do yoga. It's also REALLY well made! Unlike many similar stretching bands, this one is poly-strapped on both sides, rather than elastic on one and poly on the other. The elastic ones invariably stretch and degrade over time--this one is still going to be just as good in twenty years as it is now! The stitching is also quality, so I won't have to worry about it coming apart. I've found all sorts of uses for this product. Can't recommend it enough.

It helped with posture but at the cost of a very sore neck. It also pinched something in my shoulder because my hand was going numb while wearing it.

I was hoping that this brace would fit me like it fits the people in the pictures. But it doesn't. It was rubbing my arm pits and seemed to sit a little high in the back. Perhaps for a smaller stature this would work ok. It did't work out for me. I had to return it. Regarding shipping and workmanship, it came quickly and was sewn well and the quality looked good too. It just didn't fit me the way I wanted it to.

Such a simple product and good price...but it really does help. It’s backpack straps without the weight of the bag, basically. I play video games and tend to slouch on my couch (haha) and it leaves me with a LOT of neck pain, which in turn becomes a migraine. Since I started wearing this while playing, it has greatly reduced my pain and after not wearing it yesterday, my pain has returned...so yes, it works. It’s only going to help with upper back and neck issues in case it isn’t obvious from the design. That was just what I needed.

So, I tried many different way to help improve my posture. It does not have proper armpit support. No back plate to keep or help your back to stay straight. Only thing does is move my shoulder up, nothing else.
