My primary use for these will be to make Keto/Palio sandwich rounds for burgers, etc, even grilled cheese. The diameter is perfect, not too big or too little. They are made of a thicker grade steel than most other rings I've seen so they don't flex while being handled. No, it probably doesn't matter that they are sturdy, but it makes them an item that should stand up to repeated use and accidental abuse. You can just throw them into the dishwasher for clean up - nice. So why didn't I give them 5 stars? Well, 5 stars means, "I love them."
