“Sand” glued to the tips.
I got these thinking they were nice? Maybe I didn’t read the description? They have an abrasive glued to the top 1.5” inches of the sticks to help “grip” your food.Sorry, as much as I am a -very- adventurous eater, I’m just not comfortable eating mystery Asian adhesives or abrasives. They were cheap, I just chucked them.

Perfect Chopsticks
Living in Hawaii for most of my life I've used chopsticks a lot. I prefer FSK for most things, but prefer Chopsticks for eating salads. Those plastic chopsticks are too slippery, so I wanted some really nice wooden ones. Most wooden chopsticks are cheap, disposable or single-use. I wanted some nice ones. And these are really nice. Highly recommended.

Good chopsticks, but wood cut design looks glued on
The wood print looks actually Glued on. This is not the same traditional Japanese wood pieced cuttings—this is just made to look like it is. I’m not sure how long these chopsticks will last with the glued on pieces. So far after a month they are lasting.

Would definitely buy again.
I love my chop sticks. They have texture on the tips so it’s easier to grip and are super light weight.

learning to use chop sticks
These chop sticks are perfect for learning how to use them. I'm a cat lover so the design was perfect. They are easy to clean and store. Wash by hand only.

Disappointed - Designs are stickers, paint flakes off!!
These chopsticks looked really cute in the pictures. We were so excited upon opening them only to find out the flower designs were stickers.Even then, we figured that was an oversight and decided to let that go, just a minor disappointment. But then... after just 2-3 uses, the tips of the chopsticks start having this layer of paint or whatever start flaking off... this thing is a total hazard and some of the most poorly made chopsticks I've ever come across.

No more reused take-out chopsticks for me!
Beautiful, just what I expected. No more reusing wooden chopsticks from take-out. If I place them upside down in the silverware basket of my dishwasher (so that the larger end is down), they don't fall through the basket. I'm very pleased.
