I'd take the taste of these over cigarettes any day. I have to agree that some of the flavors aren't like 'amazing', but they are decent. I REALLY like the capaccino and the white chocolate, The white chocolate kind of tastes more like a milky black tea (YUM). BUT THE LEMON....OMG GROSS!. I haven't seen the lbs melt away yet, it's only been 4 days, but deffinately thinking positively that they will indeed help shed some pesky flabbs. In my god honest opinion, they *DO* surpress hunger pangs. For me anyway. The negative things I do have to say about these are that they are a little gritty, leave my tongue kind of sore, and a bit steep in price.
