It’s essential to let the pan heat up sufficiently before adding any oil (regardless of the amount). If you don’t do this, food will stick badly to the surface. At first, I honestly thought they were unusable and even considered throwing them away, because everything was sticking. Once I learned the correct way to use them, the experience improved significantly. That said, this very important instruction is not explained anywhere on the packaging, and it really should be. Knowing this from the start would save a lot of frustration.
