The Beurer FC55 Electric Body Scrubber is a great product for daily use. I’ve been using it every day for over a month, and the battery life is impressive. After charging it on September 19, it’s now October 22, and it’s just now time to recharge. When the battery runs low, a flashing light lets you know, which is very convenient. Being cordless and rechargeable, the scrubber is easy to handle, especially since it’s waterproof and works well in the shower. The scrubber has two modes, gentle and stronger, so you can choose what works best for your skin. It comes with two scrub heads: one for shower use and another for dry brushing. I’ve only used the shower head, so I can’t comment on the dry brush attachment. Overall, it’s simple to use, holds a long charge, and makes showering more efficient. Time saving approved!

It’s made on Germany and the quality is excellent. Soft brushes and better scrubber than sugar exfoliation lotions. After every brushing , I use proceramides + vitamins body lotions (cerave). It’s like a spa at my home, cleaning, exfoliating and then hydrating. My skin looks younger. However, I don’t recommend any cheap body wash. Because of the mild exfoliating of this brush, is recommended to use a high quality shower gel with skin treatment properties. My favorite shower gel is Dove with Hyaluronic acid , ceramides, vitamins. Than ceramides (CeraVe) body lotion. This brush is very easy to desinfect, just wash it with antibacterial hand soap after using. I wash it with Dove- foam antibacterial hand soap which is gentle and contain benzanklorium chloride as desinfectant. Even though the brush is water resistant, it’s not good to soak it in hot tub. Soaking it and floating it for many minutes in a hut tub, can kill its battery. I use the brush only with the shower, not immersing in hot tub. By far, this is the best quality electric brush from the market in 2024.

Good quality product overall. Decent battery life, comes with two scrubber heads that are detachable. One is softer than the other. The spinning speed is reasonable. It’s rechargeable, and the head pops off the stick if you want to just hold it as is in your palm to get into hard to reach areas. My only issue is the scrubber stops at a certain point when it gets to close to your skin, meaning you can’t get an EXTRA good scrub you have to use a light hand when running this over your body. But you can go over your body a few times to solve this I suppose. I am just personally someone who prefers a really ROUGH loofa type of scrubber to get all the dead skin off. But overall, this is a very good product and I cannot complain. I did a lot of research on other body scrubbers before purchasing this one. Several others didn’t seem to be this good quality and I’m glad I bought it. If they made a second version with an even more powerful head scrubber, or at least sell separate head attachments that are more rough I would purchase it. Additionally, if they had other scrubbers or products (let’s say a mini face scrubber similar to this one) I would also purchase it because of its quality overall.

I love this product so far. This is very easy to use and the handle is easy to put on and take off. I wanted something which will scrub me in shower because its quite hard scrubbing your self and requires quite a lot of energy. This is perfect and does just that. You just put some soap on your self or on the brush and then just let it rotate. It has 2 brush heads you can choose from, one is softer and the other is a bit harder. Battery life - I used it once so far and probably scrubbed like 10-15 min, lasted that time, i can update once i use it a few more times, to see how long exactly the battery will last. I love that the brush can be taken off the handle because sometimes you just need to hold it on like the stomach or hands which gets uncomfortable if its stuck to the handle. Improvements - I do wish they had one more brush ad on with more harder bristles. The exfoliating brush is good, but I have thicker skin and like the brush to be harder.. Also, if you press too hard on the skin, the brush will stop rotating.. which i guess is a safety feature as well. But it does stop if you hold too tight against your skin.

Love this shower brush. Have been using over two months on one charge. Long handle facilitates scrubbing back and feet. Pressure strong enough to provide a decent nail and heel scrub. Would definitely buy again!

I've struggled with bacne for years due to anxiety and stress. Every week a new pimple would appear and any clothes I wear would rub on it and eventually scarred up my back. Happy to say that once I introduced this brush and used it on the daily with Sebamed Body Wash, it cleared up my back after a few months. My skin has cleared up and I don't feel insecure wearing tank tops or other tops that expose my back!! I love that there are two types of brushes - I buy refills all the time for this product. The battery also lasts for over a week, so I can go a while before having to recharge. The only downside to the brush is that it spins in only one direction. I wish there was an option to spin in the other. Also, when traveling, it's very easy for the power button to be pressed so you can hear the brush going off in my travel bag and either people assume I have a vibrator going off or it runs out of battery by the time I get to my destination.

After several months of owning this, I am happy to say that it is still plugging away as strongly as when it was new. It does bog down if you press too hard, or get the wrong angle, but after a few tries I got used to it. It also took a little exploring to attach it to the handle correctly, but now that I know, it stays in place well and is easy to change as needed - it can be a little slippery if there is soap on your hand, but I have small hands and have not dropped it yet. It does a good job exfoliating - have only used the "course" brush and high speed - and has helped with my skin problems - chronic folliculitis and KP are my primary issues. I prefer to use it at the end of a long bath, or after, in a quick shower, and have used it with and without soap depending on my mood. It is really great not having all the dead skin come off on the towel anymore after a soak. As far as battery life, I have not pushed it to the limit, but can do my entire body several times before I bother charging it. It is a little noisy on high speed, but for the time savings and help with my skin, it is worth it. I have tried many other exfoliating tools over the years, and this is the first one that does a decent job but does not also irritate my skin.

I’ve tried so many body brushes, and have been disappointed. And to be honest, a lot of times I’ve been sucked in by the hype on QVC, only to find the “amazing” body brush they carried really wasn’t. So after nearly going blind comparing models and reading reviews here on Amazon, I chose this Beurer C55 Rechargeable Cleansing Brush. Wow! It was so worth all of the research and every penny I spent. I didn’t want 5 or 6 different brushes, I wanted a great machine. And this German made scrubber is top of the line. It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long time. The detachable handle makes it lightweight and easy to use, and gives you much more versatility. It has 2 speeds, and is strong enough the motor doesn’t bog down. I find that the two brush heads are all I need for cleansing and exfoliating, and I get plenty of lather with my Philosophy shower gel. This is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon.
