All SS for carbonated water, CO2 needs SS because if it is in contact with other metals can become toxic. For the quality and all the parts included, this is a great deal. I will install it on the kitchen sink to dispense carbonated water from a Mccanns carbonator. After a few months installed, works great, dispenses ice cold unlimited seltzer on our kitchen. All family members love it.
