Seemed to work fine but beware: the 1000mg on the front label is adding the two ingredients together. Make sure to read the back label which shows per 2 capsules you get 500mg of each ingredient. So if you want to take a dose of 1000mg of each, you would actually need to gag down 4 capsules.
