Brilliantly done! Easy to follow. The author wrote this book for the EXACT reason I ordered it! All the terminology is listed under each part of the body and procedures for that part of the body. Broken down so expertly that I am recommending this for all my vet tech students. Great photos also to help you understand the terminology!

Required for one of my college courses, but it is one of the best vet terminology books I have seen! Amazing illustrations and a must have for anyone in the veterinary field!

My professor was walking around the room and noticed that my book was in black and white while my classmate next to me had a book that was in color (which was WAY better by the way due to the pictures in this book). Professor emailed the author (they have been friends for years) and she stated she has been having this issue for the past few years. So if you could PLEASE stop selling this copyed version, that would be great other wise I will have to give them the store information and they can take it from there (:

This is a great entry level book to familiarize yourself with medical terms. I love the workbook within the textbook approach because I don't have to buy two separate books to study from. Everything so far has been clearly explained and hasn't left me confused, which is nice when you're only just getting your feet wet learning new terms. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 star is because the lack of colored pictures. The book advertised colored pictures and the preview for the book on google play showed beautiful colorful pictures but what I received in the physical book were dull colorless pictures. You can find the pictures on the companion website which also offers flash cards, crossword puzzles, and other helpful study tools. Other than that this is a great tool for beginners and I do recommend picking up a copy.
