Very effective!!
This fiber drink is amazing! It’s very effective and it has no taste so it mixes well with anything, you can even drink it by itself. I highly recommend this. It’s been a life changer for me after trying so many other things for years.

Laxative?
This seems to be a good fiber drink it mixes pretty easily in cold water. You just have to take some time to keep stirring it, but it will dissolve. I am now taking half a scoop every day because a full scoop daily was too much for my system. UPDATE! Had to stop taking this even half a scoop was too much for me. Works like a laxative and that’s not what I need!

Helpful addition to my husband’s routine
My husband has been taking this Prebiotic Fiber Boost about 30 minutes before dinner, and the results have been wonderful. We’ve noticed that his blood sugar doesn’t spike nearly as high after his meal as it did before. It’s become a vital part of his routine and has really helped keep his levels more stable. It's easy to use and very effective!

Seems ok, didn't work for me
It dissolved fine and did not impact the taste of anything I tried it in. However, it made me very gassy every time. I tried taking a partial scoop to see if I just needed to get used to it. It didn't help. I guess it's not for me.
