Very effective!!
This fiber drink is amazing! It’s very effective and it has no taste so it mixes well with anything, you can even drink it by itself. I highly recommend this. It’s been a life changer for me after trying so many other things for years.

Disappears quickly

This has helped my IBS symptoms. I just add it to my first cup of coffee in the morning - - it has no taste and it completely dissolves so it's not gritty.

Best prebiotic
This is the best prebiotic out there! After trying many different options, this has worked the best. It dissolves completely in both hot and cold drinks and has no flavor whatsoever. It helps with regularity and I can tell a big difference if I miss a day. Don't waste your time on other products, this is all you need!

Seems ok, didn't work for me
It dissolved fine and did not impact the taste of anything I tried it in. However, it made me very gassy every time. I tried taking a partial scoop to see if I just needed to get used to it. It didn't help. I guess it's not for me.

This stuff works.
Just about to purchase my second jar.. this stuff has been a life changer. My gastrologist suggested that I need to eat more fiber. So I bought this because I have bought the most popular brand before and did not like it. This stuff is a little bit more expensive but it has saved me a lot of money on toilet paper. And I'm not kidding. I just use one scoop every morning in water or coffee. My stomach feels amazing. And if I did have IBS, I do not have it anymore.
