Not as advertised - potentially dangerous.
Cable not as advertised.Advertised as 1mm in one part of the product description & 1.5mm core in the spec, which should probably have made we wary. Actual cable supplied had 0.75mm core which was inadequate and potentially dangerous. Don’t buy this for anything critical.

MY OLD POWER LEAD TO MY SAMSUNG P500 LAPTOP KEPT GOING FROM MAINS TO BATTERY WHICH WAS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. THIS NEW POWER LEAD WORKS WELL AND HAS SOLVED THAT PROBLEM. REASON FOR ONLY FOUR STARS IS THEIR IS NO LED LIGHT ON POWER LEAD BOX TO SHOW ME ITS ON.

Perfect fit for my Samsung R580 model laptop, Works as expected and didn't cost the earth. It doesn't get burning hot like my previous PSU, so very happy, I feel safer using it.

Product not as described
Would have given no stars, but this wasn't an option! Cable is actually 0.75mm not 1.5mm or 2.5mm as suggested in listing, so not suitable for high load applications, cheap rubbish incorrectly listed.

Fantastic product and fantastic customer support
The product itself is fantastic. It replaced the original charger for my Acer laptop with no issues at all.I also want to mention that the customer service from the vendor/seller is brilliant - I had an issue, and contacted the seller directly. They fixed the issue for me immediately, without any fuss. This is definitely a vendor I will use again. Thank you very much.
