While it doesn't tend to roll down, the band around the abdomen fits tighter that the rest of the material causing an uncomfortable feeling the entire time that I wear it. In short, you will always be aware that you have this on. I've even tried wearing it over a T-shirt which while better causes other issues like sweating.
