I’ve been taking this Health Thru Nutrition Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH) 200mg for a few months now and have been very happy with the quality. One of the main reasons I chose this product is that it uses Kaneka QH ubiquinol, which is the more bioavailable form of CoQ10. The softgels are easy to swallow and I appreciate that the product is third-party tested, non-GMO, and clearly labeled. It gives me confidence that the ingredients and dosage are what they claim. My MD put me on 300mg of CQ-10 to help with energy. I decided to try the 200mg Ubiquinol instead and it helped more than the CQ-10 I was taking. It works so well, I am considering dropping to the 100mg capsules and trying that for a month. I would have to say this has helped me be more active and that activity has helped in many other ways as well. I have not tried other brands so I will not compare others to this. I can only compare this to the 300mg of CQ-10 I was taking. I stopped taking the CQ-10 and started taking this and there was a noticeable positive difference within a week. I will end this by saying, I have added this to my shop and save so I do not have to worry about reordering it, as it will automatically arrive.

I used to feel something pricking my left side chest before I took it but it is now gone. So I believe it is working but a bit expensive though.

Quite simply, the best CoQ10 product on the market for anyone over 40. Ubiquinol is much more expensive than Ubiquinone, but the far-cheaper Ubiquinone has decreasing absorption rates (the amount your body actually uses) from age 25 onward. The decline is linear, by age 40 you have to take two ubiquinone capsules to get the same benefit you got with one capsule at 25. By 50, you need three ubiquinone capsules, etc. Contrast that to Ubiquinol, which has an absorption level that remains constant throughout an adult's life. Yes it is more expensive, but you'll only need to take one pill per day. Period.

Tried this for a while but switched to another fertility supplement that had CoQ10 in it, to save money. Unfortunately, the other supplement had ubiquinone in it, which, in my opinion, is inferior - I had heartburn and a sore throat because of it so will be going back to this despite the price! Had no side affects whatsoever with this so worth a shot if you have trouble with other forms of CoQ10.
