Fun game, difficult learning curve.
This game is very fun. It really nails the play style of a peasant trying to become a knight. When you start out you are weak, unskilled, and very easy to kill. Archery is difficult to level up, your opponents will seem to be faster, more armored, and skilled than you. NPCs notice what you're doing.BUT you eventually start to level the playing field, and you learn more combat skills through training and trial by error.I really enjoy the storyline, the difficulty/realistic combat, and the degree of weaponry and armor is really fun to customize your build. Strongly recommend this game for anyone who enjoys open world RPGs.

Amazing game
Great game, has some bugs, but overall a deep and rewarding experience for anyone interested in Western RPGs and European history. I initially got this game soon after it came out, but didn't make it much farther than the opening sequence due to some game breaking bugs. I decided to give it another chance after the studio had over a year to patch it, and I'm glad I did. War Horse studios did an amazing job for their first game, and I can't wait for a potential sequel, or even a new IP from them.

WOW! I am impressed!
So I am around 30 hours into the game and have died at least 40 times. At first i was hesitant on getting this. Boy am I glad I bought it! This game reminds me of playing Skyrim as a soldier. The attacking is similar but way better. You swing your sword and have to aim it where you want to hit. 5 basic areas. You have to block and dodge. Your best friend is a dog named MUTT. Spend enough time with him and he will charge into battle with you and hunt for you. LOTS of micromanaging! I love it, sharpen your sword make a new potion, poison a kettle of food... So much fun. Story is exceptional! Archery is super hard! No aiming dot on the level I am playing it. When you get a horse you can off load lots of weight of goodies and then sell them later. One of those games you can just wonder around and find trouble. I gave it 5 stars! Now I know why it won 30 awards! honestly a hidden gem. At this price you get all the downloadable content on the disc. I can't wait to play it on the PS5. Loading times are comparable to Skyrim. Play it, you will get sucked in!!!

High attention to historical detail, but far from being a masterpiece.
Tldr: A great game worth a look into with some technical and polish problems.Kingdom come deliverance is a well executed game in its attention to historical accuracy and atmosphere. The game takes place in 13th century Bohemia (current day Czech Republic and features Henry the protagonist as an everyday medieval blacksmith's apprentice whom seeks to avenge his parents death at the hands of Cuman invaders. The Cumans burn his village to the ground forcing Henry to flee on horseback to live to fight another day. The attention to historical detail is possibly the most intricate I have ever personally seen in a computer game and it works beautifully. Henry doesnt have any skills of his own and instead learns with the player which helps draws the player into the world. Skills such as swordmanship, reading, archery, and repair among many others are learning through "doing". The problems with the game are mostly surface level problems with a lack of polish. The technical problems have somewhat been ironed out over time, but still plague the game. Issue's with "pop in" frames and animations are still a problem.A charcter on the roadways may randomly appear for no reason. I've encountered a few problems with falling through the game world forcing a load save possibly losing hours of progress in the game. There are a few "stuck spots" where if Henry isn't acclimated with agility the game forces a reload once again causing the player to lose potentially hours of progression. My frustration mainly stems from the save system and how it is implemented. Most RPG's have one or two save states either from the menu or on character rest. Kingdom Come Deliverance has THREE! There is a traditional type save on rest, quest beginning and end, and also healing at bathhouses. There are two save states on the menu screen. A standard "Save" which requires an alcoholic beverage known as "Savior Schnapps" to use and a Save and exit to title which requires nothing at all. In all honesty, I still don't understand it. Why would I want to use an ingame item with only a finite supply to save when I could just save and exit then return and load. Warhorse should of thought this through instead of shoehorning in convuluted save states that ultimately just end up confusing and frustrating the player. The only reason I can think of is that Warhorse was attempting to copy Dark Souls save system without fully understanding how it works. The bonfire system in that game was set up with a risk vs reward system and the bonfires served as checkpoints thorughout the world. If your character dies on the way to another bonfire you lose experience points "Souls" and are warped back to the last bonfire the character interacted with, but if you can make it back to the area the character was defeated at you gain the experience back. In short this should of been thought at more. The tedium of the game is realistic, but breaks up the pacing a little too much. Kingdom Come Deliverance has a nourishment and and energy mechanic that is increased by eating and sleeping respectively. This isn't really a problem, but becomes old really fast. Oftentimes the player will find themselves discarding food that has gone off simply because the player either healed at a cooking pot or traveled too far away from a village to purchase supplies. This problem could of been fixed by having wild fruit and vegetables the player found in areas away from civilization. There is a hunting mechanic within the game, but once again it's so tedious to use that outside of one quest I've never personally used it. In conclusion, This is one of the most realistic representations of medieval life I have personally ever seen based on actual events. The game is not without faults however. If someone enjoys games such as Baldur's Gate,The Elder Scrolls, or Dark Souls it's definitely worth a play or two. I would not recommend this as a first RPG experience simply due to tedium and difficulty.

An absolutely incredible game and experience
I have invested so much time into this game, which is rare for me. I usually just poke around at a game until I get bored with it and abandon it. Not with this game. The main character, "Henry" is so relatable - I genuinely feel the impacts of his life and his story. This is also rare for me too as I generally don't get too emotionally invested with video game characters. I know some do and I get it, it's just not usually how I am. But with Henry it's different. I really feel connected with him as a person and I love to see how his character grows over the course of the game. And all of this would not be complete without saying how absolutely gorgeous the environments are. These aren't fantasy environments with out-of-proportion castles and dragons, but of real-world dimensions and measurements based on history. It makes it feel so rich and alive, and the artists who did the landscape creation, the lighting and foliage in the forests and meadows, did just an astounding job. I love this game. I will continue to play this game for a long time and many KCD players report of starting games over and trying new missions in different ways and having fun with the world. It's truly a singular experience. Thank you, Warhorse Studios!!

A mídia física do Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition é excelente.
