Suction cups and 20 degree and lower temps are NOT compatible! I was a bit frightened when I dumped out the bag of what seemed like an endless array of mounts, but one matched my dashcam perfectly and another matched my husband's. Screwing on the second wingnut (getting it started) was REALLY frustrated, as it didn't want to start and I didn't have much room to work, but it's up and unless my rear view mirror falls off, it's staying put!! A dashcam is useless if it won't stay up!! It's further from the windshield than before, but at least I don't have to wrestle with it any more!
