Yes, there are recipes for individual servings. But for a family. Every recipe involves making 6-8 or more individual pies or servings. If I'm serving 6-8 I'll just make a pie or an entire lasagna. What I was looking for was a recipe for an individual serving. Like one. A single small pie. If I'm going to cut these recipes by 8 to make just one, I can do that with any recipe. So now I am reduced to cutting and measuring to create a recipe for one pie crust and top and one filling. I could have saved myself the trouble of buying this book if I still have to do that.
