It was packaged in very sturdy cardboard with plenty of foam padding. None of the parts were scratched or damaged. The hardware was of good quality and the assembly was reasonable for the size of the cart. It did take a few hours and the instructions could be a little better, though they were adequate. There are 2 things about the cart that I would improve. The drawer is not as deep as they could have made it and it will not hold a standard size flatware organizer. I got a smaller organizer that is 9" wide and turned it sideways for it to fit. Also, I changed out the knobs. They looked cheap. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy but takes a while to assmble *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2020* We have had this for a couple of months now. It looks nice and is sturdy. The doors on the front don't line up real well but that's probably something I will need to adjust to fix. The hinges on the door are pretty aggressive and snap close but that's a minor annoyance.Allow around 3-4 hours to assemble if you're not a furniture-assembling guru. You definitely need two people to put this together! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice looking product but some production and packaging issues *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2018* The cart is very nice and only took a few hours to assemble. Shipping was amazingly fast (arrived within 2 days of ordering - almost a week ahead of estimated arrival date). However the box was in pretty poor shape and there is only a minimum of styrofoam padding around the various pieces and panels. The drawer slide on one side had been knocked off. The corner of one of the side panels was dinged up but is under the counter top so not highly visible. I managed to find 2 of the 3 screws needed to reposition the drawer slide loose in the packaging, and supplied one more from my stash. Assembly was generally easy with pilot holes pre-drilled for MOST of the places where screws were to be used. One side panel did not have pre-started pilot holes for the door hinge making positioning the door much more of a project than it should have been. As with all "wordless" instruction sheets, you have to be pretty good at reading pictures to figure out the assembly procedure.
