Sal and Gemma are my second favorite couple (Mick and Roz first), and this book proved why I love them so much! They are just an amazing couple, and Gemma is truly a ride/die chick! Even though Mick overtook Sal as my favorite boss, I still have mad love for Salvatore Luciano Gabrini!! This story had it all; edge-of-your-seat drama, action, betrayal, love, great sex, and my absolute favorite thing - having my fab 4 together!!! Sal, Reno, Tommy, and Mick are so dynamic when they combine to join forces!! I really could read an entire book that focused on those 4 alone. I also have to say how much I truly enjoy the the brotherly love between Sal and Tommy! Their closeness use to irk me when this series first started, but now it's one of the strongest elements in this series.And I can never end a review without giving props to my Mick **sigh** - I really love that man!!!!!! That trunk/chain scene was so bad@ss!!! That's the Mick the Tick that I love, not the one that made an appearance in that last Big Daddy book. Mick is the baddest, deadliest, and posses more street smarts than all the men - lets forever keep it that way, Mallory.
