It seemed like it would be a good thing to use, but I found it to be more troublesome.

I wanted a chrome napkin holder that holds the napkins horizontally rather than vertically. This one looks good, holds a lot of napkins, and does the job. Some people have complained that this napkin holder is wobbly because it has three legs. I believe that they make it with 3 legs because 3-legged items are more stable than 4-legged items. It would likely be more wobbly if it had 4 legs.

I bought this when I was looking for a flat napkin holder rather than the ones that hold the napkins vertical.I like the color and the simplicity of the product.My only 3 minor complaints are:1) the "feet" scrape across my counter- if they had rubber so it didn't slide at all or felt so it slid easily, that would be better.2) there are 3 "feet" - it is a square product so I would think having 4 rather than 3 would make more sense.3) I would like if the bar didn't completely come off the product or not as easily.

This is definitely the best napkin holder for it's price on amazon. However, I have a few suggestions. First, there are three balls on the bottom that the napkin holder sits on. They should have just made it four because it rocks a little and would barely cost anymore money. Next, I wish the bar could be locked in somehow. If someone yanks a napkin out of the holder, it can cause the bar to fall out. But, these don't REALLY matter. It's a good product all-in-all.

I love this napkin holder. It can even be used outside since it has the weighted bar to keep napkins from flying away. It seems to be sized for the dinner sized paper napkins, so the regular cheapo paper napkins fit right in with room to spare. See the photo I took with our other napkin holder to see the size difference, this one is on the left. I don't mind the size difference just wanted to mention it.

This napkin holder is very pretty and hubby prefers a holder that will store the napkins flat, rather than vertical. However, as I read the reviews, one reviewer said that there were only three balls/feet on it, not four. I assumed it was a fluke, but apparently this is just how it is made. Unfortunate, because it means that the holder wobbles. I don't understand why there would not be a ball/foot on each corner, rather than on two corners and one in the middle of the opposite side. It's not going to topple over, but it makes it appear unstable and badly made. Pretty as it is, I returned it.

Was not sure I was going to like this. Built very well sturdy. Rod is heavy enough to keep the wind from blowing napkins away, but not heavy enough to keep you from grabbing one & pulling it out.I would purchase again if I needed another one.

For years we've been living with a pile of napkins in the center of the table, sometimes corralled with a square plastic or tin container. Enough. Obviously, we like the idea of making dinner napkins handy and flat on the table, but needed something that would not look so redneck. Looked over all the choices, and what ended up being the most economical is also the most functional and crisp and clean in appearance.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised about the quality of this napkin holder. The wire is really thick and good quality. I certainly would have been satisfied with lesser quality for the price. This is one of the lowest prices napkin holders I could find and then to find it looks so good and will stand up to years and years of use is great! Shiny, well made and fits regular napkins I buy in bulk. What could be better??

This is quite nice. Very sturdy. I don't like the rod for in the house but it is great for in the back yard

holds a generous number of napkins and thebar across the top does hold thepaper serviettes in place very wellso that they don't blow all over the backyard

Nice for indoor use. Was looking for one that had the holder that covers the napkins to be attached so you can take it outside. I am using it indoors only.
