Freaking Awesome for the price. *by A***A on July 9, 2017* I was Really surprised and impressed by the quality construction on this dress. The hidden color-matched zipper down the side torso was a lovely surprise. There are also hidden three quarter tight sleeves under the angel wing sleeves, which have color-matched ties to tie up the angel wing sleeves. It's all one piece, dark and light blue, with gold lace. Totally lovely, sexy fit, but man-made fabric, so don't expect to to wear this on a hot day, you'll feel like you've been plastic wrapped. However, for the Really low price, this dress is freaking Fantastic. Was expecting a lot less, and got a lot more. I was just idly browsing Amazon for future cosplay ideas and was entertaining the idea of doing a Lyanna Stark costume from Game of Thrones. I stumbled upon this blue dress and was amazed by the $30.00 price tag. After a bit more research and comparison, I decided to go for this dress. The price seemed too good to be true, so I figured I'd give it a shot and could return it if it ended up being poor quality. I fully expected this dress to be made of a certain thin see-through Halloween costume material, but it is not. It's still not Hollywood movie set quality, of course, but it's a very nice thick material and is very well-made. I was also worried that the skirt part wouldn't look as full as it does in the Amazon picture, based on what another reviewer said, but I am quite happy with it. The color is true to the online photo (not the one with the model wearing it), and the fit is excellent. I am 5' 9", 145 pounds, and I ordered the size Large. It comes with a side zipper to help put it on and has a tie in the back so you can adjust it to fit. The sleeves are my favorite part and they come with ties to be able to pull back the drapey part if it gets annoying or you need to... let's say, eat a turkey leg at a RenFest. There are regular sleeves inside the draping ones, which is a nice extra touch. The dress does require some serious ironing when you first get it, though, and as you can see in my picture, the gold trim still flips over a bit. I imagine I will just have to iron it more than once to get it to lie flat. Also, you can see a slight difference in the neckline between my photo, the one the model is wearing on Amazon, and the one that does not have a model in it. It is a straight across neckline, not a slight sweetheart, as it appears in the first Amazon photo. It looks like they ironed it to have that extra bit of definition, but it is definitely straight. I hope that this review helps. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of this dress for the price, and I can't wait to wear it with my Rhaegar! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great look and worth the price! *by K***H on July 26, 2017* I thought the dress was cotton or linen but it's really a thinner fabric (polyester maybe?). Given the low price, I don't mind the thinner fabric! It arrived a little wrinkled but I'm sure I can get that out with some ironing. There is an inner sleeve of the lighter blue fabric that shows when you tie up the long bell sleeves. The inner sleeves are well made and trimmed with the same lace as the collar.This dress looks really good on! It's going to look great with a belt or underbust corset.
