This book is really helpful in supporting the facilitator look at group processing in a different light. Also the Author of The Leader Who is Hardly Known, Steven Simpson brings an approach to group processing that is more organic. It's not saying the "The mountains speak for themselves" or that all processing will come up naturally, but instead that through inquiry, knowing your group and their needs, you can help them cultivate their OWN breakthroughs.

Arrived in one piece
This copy was a bit more worn out than I was expecting, but not too much.

I got this for a class... and actualy read it!
The title say it all really. Its rare when a teacher requires you to buy a book for a class and you, number one, read it and number two enjoy it. I found the ideas offered by this book to be clear and extremely useful were many other books seems to get wrapped up in theory and forget that there is a practical side of things.
