Looks great, performs well, fits perfectly on my 5'5" frame, the bottom hits right below my knees. This Ulster Weavers Rooster PVC apron is a bit on the heavier "plasticky" side, which I thought I would not get used to, but I was wrong. This Ulster Weaver apron is the one I always go to now. I happened to buy it at the same time as the Two Lumps of Sugar Adult Apron in Lotus (a beautifully colored apron which was softer - what I'm more used to). When I took both out of the packaging, both aprons were handsome, but I had some reservations right away about the Ulster, due to the plasticky thing. What I actually found was that the Ulster is a quick put-on/take-off, no adjustment necessary apron, which wipes off easily and hangs nicely. The Two Lumps of Sugar has this wierd adjustable construction where the ribbon part (around the neck) loops in through the construction of the apron to the ties in the back. The Two Lumps ribbon is too long and needs to be permanently adjusted not to be a nuisance. I'm keeping and storing the Two Lumps as a back-up (it is very pretty), but I found the Ulster apron to actually exceed expectations right off the bat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Warning, Short Waist Straps Ahead! *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2018* So far I really like the weight of the vinyl (not too heavy, not too flimsy) , the length (just about perfect for me) and the cute print (s). I needed one for dog washing and various other getting-myself-soaked chores. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because for my purposes the waist straps are far too short, and I don't like having to tie things behind my back due to arthritis in my shoulders. I'm not slender and I also wash things ( feed/water buckets etc.) when it is cold out, so I may be wearing a heavy sweatshirt , jacket etc. underneath the apron, leaving not much to tie with . This could be definitely improved by manufacturing it with longer straps that could tie in the front and could also accommodate heavy clothing if necessary. I just tied some bailing twine on the end of the straps so I could use the apron comfortably. LOL it sort of looks like it was supposed to be like that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful apron *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2011* This is an incredibly beautiful apron....long enough and big enough for full coverage, great pockets, adjustable neck strap, ties long enough to easily tie in the front for hanging a towel on your waist, and thick, sturdy material. And the pattern is beautiful. I like this so much that I plan to order a couple more of the Ulster Weavers aprons. I haven't really been able to find anything this nice anywhere online.The only thing that I think needs improvement is the adjustable neck. There are two d-rings to loop the neck strap through, but the design is such that one ring can easily turn sideways and slip through the other ring, which releases the neck strap. They either need to use O-rings that cannot slip through each other or separate the d-rings with some stitching, as my other aprons do. I ended up just tying the neck strap to the rings, which actually looks nicer anyway, and I've since done so with my other aprons, even the ones with well-designed d-rings. Despite this flaw, this apron is so lovely in every other way that I still give it 5-stars and still plan to order a couple more.The placed I ordered from was in England via Amazon, and I was shocked when it turned up less than a week later.
