I am using a Nikon D90. I bought this card so that I could shoot at 4.5fps for longer. It does make a difference, but not that much of one. Once the buffer on my camera fills up, my high speed shooting is over until the buffer can empty. Obviously this card helps the buffer empty faster, but it won't let me start shooting again until it is too late. If you are shooting at high speed because if you don't then you will lose your shot, then you will lose your shot your buffer fills up, even with this card.Most of this would probably change from camera to camera. The card is good, but I haven't done any benchmarks to see if it really lives up to what it claims. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SanDisk 8GB Extreme SDHC Card-Class 10 (SDSDX3-008G-A31) *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 22, 2011* Out of the Box:Retail box and inside packaging protects the card from bumps and bounces during shipment. Clam-shell and plastic case come out of the box with an insert for a free download for RescuePro software.First look:This is SanDisk Extreme. I have used SanDisk for over six years as a pro photographer. I have had not issues with these cards, ever. This card boasts of up to 30MB per second write time. That's fast enough for HD Video and 6 fps constant firing on your DSLR cameras (in RAW). The Class 10 classification is the highest you can get and well worth the extra cash outlay.Bottom line:I like SanDisk. It has never let me down. Nikon recommends this for their D7000. Get a good card, shoot, and be happy. Life is good, and so is the SanDisk 8GB Extreme SDHC Card. I will be purchasing another SDHC soon, and it will be another SanDisk. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fastest that I could find *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 17, 2011* I wanted the fastest SD card available for fast picture taking, and movies too on my new Nikon Coolpix 8200, so I went for a class 10 (30MB/s) Sandisk, 8GB card. It's exactly what I wanted, performs like I expected it to, and was (above all) the cheapest price around the web (for the Sandisk 8GB Extreme SDHC Card-Class 10, SDSDX3-008G-A31). I'm a happy camper on this one, for sure! Also, I had bought 2 of these exact same cards for my daughters' Nikon Coolpix 8100's that I had given them as gifts almost one year ago. At that time, I paid about $50 each for them (the class 10 Sandisk SD cards). This one for me was only $15.99, no tax, and no shipping (don't rememeber why no shipping cost). Unreal!
