Great Pot Holders!
I have a few cast iron pans and only one has a handle mitt, which I purchased and added on. My reason for purchasing was to have a few others on hand for the other cast iron pans I own.My original pan holder was the Lodge Silicone type... it was ok, and better than having to grab an oven mitt. Now that I purchased this set, I'm definitely going to buy 2 more. I most definitely prefer these cloth ones over the Silicone type. I feel that they do a better job at insulating my hand from the heat of the pan. Tehy are made of the typical pot holder cloth and insulation that most people are familiar with. Not bad looking either. I also like how much less slippery it is when holding the pan. The Silicone exterior isn't slippery but it's the handle that slips around inside that I don't like. It almost feels like the pan handle will slide out of the pot holder. The only pro I can find over these cloth pot holders is that the silicone is more easily washable in the sink with regular dish soap. I'm sure the cloth pot holders are washable too, but of course now there's a wait on drying time. After using Lodge's two forms of pot holders, I'd definitely recommend these cloth type ones, hands down!!I bought this from the seller "Amazon.com LLC", which I feel is important to list this info. I've come across sellers with variances in their items, including knockoffs, even if listed as same brand.***UPDATE*** 1-22-18It's now been over half a year since my original purchase. They're holding up great. Washable & easy to clean. I just purchased 2 more sets, so now every iron pan has their own handle holder. I may just toss the silicone one I originally purchased, for the plain fact I don't like using it anyway. I just hate throwing money away like that, but it's nothing compared to the cloth ones. I feel safer using these. The one & only downside I've found, is the cloth handle holders are made in China...

FIRE!!!
These work perfect and fit great. To all the people giving this product 1 star for catching on fire.... wow just wow, common sense is probably the least common thing in the world... or children were writing the reviews. Why oh why would you leave CLOTH fabric on a pan that you are heating to hundreds of degrees? Would you put your jeans on the stove and not expect them to catch fire? It takes literelly one second to slip these on when you want to move the pan... then pull it right off after moving! I'm seriously ASTOUNISHED by how many people have left a negative review because they caught fire because they left it on their HOT PAN, further more even if they didn't catch fire... would you expect these not to get too hot to handle by leaving it on a pan for the duration of your cooking... therefore rendering them useless as a mechanism to keep from burning yourself??? I also read a review that had less than 5 stars because there wasn't directions on how to use these And after "struggling" to make them work they finally figured it out... forehead smack!!! They literally say "SLIP ON" in the description... again, common sense! And for the people saying they don't fit their handles, I suspect they aren't using Lodge brand pans as these are made by Lodge for Lodge pans... That is not to say the won't fit on many other brands tho. Sorry about the long winded rant, but I really am amazed by the lack of basic common sense from people, and am scared for the future of society! Have a good day. :-)

Nice but a little short.
I like how cute and effective this is but would feel safer grabbing a hot skillet if it extended a little farther in the handle. I feel like I could still find a way to burn my hand with these. However, the bright colors are a good visual warning to be careful that the pan is hot!

Awesome handle covers for all my pots and pans.
I love these pot handles they fit on all my different brand and size cast iron skillets and all of my other skillets and pots. They are machine washable if they get dirty and don't shrink in size making them unusable. My cast iron skillet handles get so hot on the stove that I use to have a towel handy to avoid scorching my hands. With these pothandle covers I avoid such mishaps as grabbing the hot handles when I'm stirring food or shifting the pots around on the stove. I had a set of these before that lasted over 15 years and held up to several washing or getting wet in the sitting in the sink. I was so happy to find these pot handle cover on Amazon and the price is less than my originals I bought at a chain home cooking type restaurant that is famous for they're fried chicken and country potatoes. I didn't have to make a special trip to the restaurants adjacent country store and end up spending more and buying more stuff. The shipping was quick and since they came right to my door there was no need for a special trip out to replace the old ones. The stitching is strong , doesn't ravel, holds up very well to everyday usage and washing. Even as hot as cast iron handles get you won't feel any heat radiating through them. They have insulating fabric inside that keeps your handles cool to the touch. They are so convenient to use and have saved me from making the mistake of grabbing a hot handle. They would be a great add on wedding present if your buying the couple kitchen ware. A young bride might not know she needs them but will be thankful everyday when she uses them. They slip on and off easily compared to silicone covers which have to be shimmy on. You won't be disappointed with these pot holders.

Perfect
When cooking with cast iron on the stovetop, you sometimes have to shift, turn, or transfer the skillet to another spot on the stove. Instead of fumbling with oven mitts, just slip these sleeves on and “handle” it! For those complaining of them burning, cloth sleeves are not meant to be KEPT on the handle while cooking! ESPECIALLY if using gas stoves. Cast iron gets extremely hot! Use the sleeves when needed. It takes just a second to slip them onto the handle of the pan and then move the pan how you need to; transferring or carrying to the sink to rinse. I had been using potholders forever for my cast iron, but have you ever grabbed hold of a hot pan with a thin or damp potholder?! No bueno. These are perfect for what I use them for. Thanks Lodge!

Wife has been looking for two of these for years and found them on amazon. Very rare as you can not find this style in stores. at least not the ones we have access to.

Son muy lindas, desgraciadamente no me fijé en la descripción y son para la manivela de sartenes de acero, pensé que cabría mi mano ahí pero solo me caben dos dedos dentro 😂😂

Fit my pans perfectly, do their job well.
They fit my Lodge cast iron pans perfectly, and they look pretty nice. I do have one massive enamel coated cast iron pan with a really long handle. These don't quite cover the whole handle, but they do cover enough to be fully usable with no issues. If you need a handle holder, these are a great choice!

Look good!
They look great and serve their purpose, but they leave a silver residue on the handle of the pan after use. Goes away after re-seasoning, but still a little weird. I’ve had the other Lodge handle holders (black & red ones) and they never did that but my roommate accidentally put one of them in the oven so I needed a replacement. I’ve only got 5-6 cooks on it, so I’m sure it’ll go away with time.
