GREAT for after a C-section. I just had my 5th C-section and I've always used pads with the disposable hospital underwear. It can get pretty annoying, especially when the undies starts to pull. These work great!!! They are comfortable, hold everything in and the absorbency is right on track for postpartum! They also don't rip easily! I'm a light bleeder and only need 2 a day, worth the money!

These were wonderful postpartum. I’m pretty petite and the smalls still fit me great. I never bled through them and never worried about leaking. They smell great!! Even my husband kept commenting how good they smelled. One pack was plenty for me postpartum and I wore them for weeks

I do enjoy the fact that these are made to look like real panties. Odor free is also a big hit with me. No leaking, hooray for that! They are comfortable to wear for the most part. For me personally ,I sometimes have a bit of an issue with the seam on leg being a bit tight at times and have to keep pulling at it. All in all I would still give them a 5 star rating. I feel comfortable wearing them any place at any time with no worries about someone noticing I have them on. I purchase the S/M size and rather wish they did come in small and medium. Can't have everything so am thankful for what I've got. Good product!

While I understand the intent behind adding a scent, it ended up being a significant downside for me, and it detracted from an otherwise excellent product.While I was impressed with the functionality and performance, the heavy fragrance leaves me uncertain about repurchasing. If you’re sensitive to scents, this is definitely to keep in mind!
