Use this for making homemade bars. It’s not too sweet and it holds the bars together perfectly.

I use brown rice syrup to cut down the glycemic index on my homemade granola. It is well-liked by everyone I gift the granola to. Commercial granola is arguably too sweet. This cuts down on that and is healthier. I keep it in the fridge and warm it before pouring/measuring to extend its longevity. Nice, sturdy container. No problems with shipping or anything.

Super quality brown rice syrup. Very difficult to portion and measure because it is so thick. Buyers should also note: THIS PACKAGE IS 23-oz BY WEIGHT, roughly 16-fl.oz. Both manufacturer and seller should note this on the package!!! Definitely affects your costs when trying to price out a batch of baked goods or bar syrups!

I have tried other brands and this is, BY FAR, the best brown rice syrup for making candy. The texture is perfect and the flavor does NOT overwhelm your candy (unlike other brands that completely take over the flavor and ruin the candy). I use these for my caramels and they help give that perfect smooth texture to my soft caramels while adding a HINT of earthiness to settle down the sweetness. Most people can't actually taste the difference between caramels with this syrup and caramels with Coen syrup. This is my go to brand of brown rice syrup. You will not regret the purchase 😁
