How is it adjustable? Description says "adjustable to 5 Positions: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35°", but how?

When you stand on it you can alter the angle by rolling it one way or the other so I guess that is what it means. It is basically a big board on a semi circle that your stand on and build up your core strength as it rocks and you try to keep it still by stabilising yourself. Then as get able to just stand you can go on to do squats without either side touching the floor. A simple concept balance/ wobble board but not “actually adjustable” in the strictest sense

Do you get any exercise sheets to go with this?

No. I presume that you know why you are buying it. It is a good board and I am very pleased with it. My reason is to improve and maintain balance and help me learn to us my whole body when lifting weights. It provides just the right amount of stability. It is also used for training in the Alexander technique.
