First let me make it clear that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rug. The issue was the postage. I purchased this as a grey rug, as I wanted to tone down the car is in my kitchen, it came back a very dark grey and with the black frock too it was really dark, so I tried to send it back. The rug cost £13.99 and they wanted £13 postage. I messaged the supplier over a week ago to see how we could sort this but they have not got back to me. Needless to say I kept the rug as it would have cost the same amount to send it back bar 99p. So if you do want a specific colour the images do not make them very clear. Something needs to be done about return fees of a product is not acceptable.

Bought to protect floor in my camper. Matches nicely, non slip and adds a touch of warmth to the floor . Very happy with purchase .

Had these mats before, have them at both front and back doors. Ideal on laminate, do move a bit on carpet but not as much as some.
