The biggest issue is the metal rusted in less than two days, even with a perfectly balanced pool. Seller claims it wont rust - "It's made of stainless steel" he says. This thing rusted all over with sharp rough rust pits on the metal. I am not even using a salt water pool. When pedaling there is almost no resistance in the pedals at all. The paddles that are supposed to create the resistance are much too small. While peddling in the pool may be a good concept, this product is an utter failure in execution. I paid $1500 for this with tax. You may as well put your back against the pool wall and kick your legs in the water, and save yourself some money. As I was researching this product, I called Customer Service several times trying to get some additional information, no one ever answered the phone in my 4 or 5 calls. I always had to leave a message, then i would get a call back late in the evening. I spoke to the same man each time. He seemed disinterested in actually helping me get the information I was seeking, ultimately he made promises he never kept. When I called again to deal with two parts that were bent, he was very smug and un-helpful. I should have known better when I didn't get good customer service in the first calls. Item arrived poorly packaged, with no instructions, no warranty card, no contact information for the seller and no product brand on the box, or the unit. Box says made in China, The man I spoke to said "Some parts are made in China." He would not tell me how many, or which ones. Overall this is a very disappointing product, sold by a seller with disappointing customer service. I am returning this item for a refund.

We just received this and assembled it (very easy -maybe 30 minutes -all tools included). Being a engineer... I am *very* nit-picky about how products are designed and built. This pool exercise bike exceeded my expectations for fit, feel, ruggedness, adjustability, and overall quality. Adjustments are very easy, and solid. We can't wait to use this in our pool. We will update this review after a few weeks of use.
