Superb service
Firstly, I received the wrong screen to begin with and my initial reaction was to be totally unreasonable in my first message to the supplier. I have to say that Steve, who dealt with my issue, has been exemplary. He went above and beyond to make sure that my "wrong" screen (a better one) was fit for purpose and could ensure I could work whilst in lockdown. The screen is great, the elevation arm is sleek and easy to use and am so happy with it. Am so sorry that I reacted discourtiously the first time I got in contact but hats off to Steve and the supplier for the forgiving and professional response.

Excellent monitor
I've always purchased iiyama monitors, I purchased another due to working from home, now have 4, one is used for displaying music with my keyboards, 2 for my wife and the 4th for my work They are very quick to set up, plug and play, has connections for HDMI, VGA and DVI, controls are underneath the frame on the right hand side I also use it to play Atlantic Fleet on it, the graphics are smooth, the colours vibrant Well worth the money

Labelled as a E2482, but actually a E2483.
Buyer beware - read the WHOLE part no, including the trailing "B1". I ordered two of these to create a quad monitor set up, using the part no E2482HS from the panel of the two I already owned. The new monitors shipped to me are not the same model. They are in different cases compared with the two I already have, meaning a change in cosmetic style from the front, and crucially, the VESA mounts are in different places at the back, making a neat monitor line up impossible. And when plugged in, even Windows reports this as a E2483 monitor. So, in my book, not a E2482 at all, and just badged that way. However, aside from that, these are perfectly good 24inch monitors which work to my satisfaction functionally. Bright, clear, and live up to Iiyama's good name. EDIT - Took the time to track the issue and it is partly resolved - the "B1" in the part no describes the bezel, the black surround, so it is likely that the first two I have are B3's or B2's. So, if buying to match, do check the WHOLE part no, not just the first four numbers like I did...
