This is an excellent book for persons responsible for developing a childhood ministry program. It is comprehensive and is not a "quick and simple" how-to book. But, a church that is serious about developing a Pre-School and Grade-School ministry should make it a part of a required-reading" list for its Children's' Ministry staff.

This book is packed with ideas from a knowledgable person who has seen the full spectrum in children's ministry. Practical advice for anyone getting started or needing to revamp their children's ministry. Janice shares what is important for children & their families, and what the church needs to provide for them. Thanks to Janice for putting it in writing!!!
