Gimbal's All Natural Black Licorice Scottie Dogs, 6 oz Bags in a BlackTie Box (Pack of 4)

Most black licorice has gluten and I thought my days of enjoying this very fine treat were over. It has been since childhood my favorite candy. To my everlasting satisfaction this awesome seller sells Gimbal's Scottie Dogs and they are, to my knowledge, the only gluten-free licorice that tastes like a excellent fine licorice.I purchased two bags. They come fresh and are wonderfully chewy in texture. This is not my first order and it will not be my last. This is an excellent seller. The product is reasonably priced given the fact that it is a speciality product. I never had a problem with any shipment.As I said before this is a delicious black licorice. I can even recommend the cherry Scottie Dogs. I had them a time or two as well.

If you've ever had a Scottie than enough said. They are fabulous. And chewy. And addictive. This is awesome stuff. I got addicted to them when Trader Joe's sold them and now I have to go to Amazon to get my fix, but not only are they fabulous, chewy, and delicious, they are GLUTEN FREE! Really! This is the only way to get my licorice fix after being diagnosed with celiac.And these Scotties also come in a red flavor (which is slightly more artificial but hey, for those who can't have licorice, its still mighty tasty).

I live in a remote location in Alaska, and can't buy this licorice local, so I order it on Amazon. When I order from this vendor, the product always arrives within a few days, and it lasts for a very long time. The texture and flavor are a perfect combination. I have ordered the 5 pound bags, and I've ordered the smaller, less than a pound bags. The quality is always consistent. They are not too soft, just the right amount of chewy. They remind of the high quality licorice from my youth. I share these with everyone, and we even send some to relatives out of state. This is the best licorice I have ever tasted!

I love this delicious product and since I am Celiac it is a special treat to eat a couple of these a day. They do not contain gluten (the ones I ordered did not- ) and are simply delicious. The company is very good to deal with as I ordered some once that do have gluten and they refunded my money with very quickly. I will always keep them on hand as they are so good and do not have gluten.

This is bye far my favorite black licorice.If you don’t like it too soft but not too hard, this is a good one and taste is really good.It’s hard to find in the stores so I buy it online.I would recommend it.
