Since the OEM replacement pads aren't available (and were $60 when they were) I think these are fine alternatives to get continued life out of our XM2 headphones. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by D***D on January 20, 2020* Bought a pair of these after getting the Dekonis, which very distinctly changed the sound signature and decreased noise cancelling ability on the high end. I'm quite happy with the quality of these. They're thick enough to take the pressure off my earlobes, and they don't negatively alter the sound signature or noise cancellation on my XM2s. My OEM pads started to become uncomfortable after about a year or so of daily 9-5 use, so if these last around that time I'll be happy and wouldn't mind purchasing them again at their price point. Edit: 3 years after purchase -- I hadn't worn the headphones in a few months and picked them up and was surprised to see the pleather degrading. It's flaking slightly and has a tacky feel. Cleaning with a damp paper towel seems to have gotten the sticky residue off, but the pads are no longer completely smooth to the touch.
