All bolts and hardware was included. Torquing the 1/2 in bolts was easy enough. The m18 bolts were more difficult on the bumper. The flat washers mushroomed at around 90 foot pounds, so I didn't go to the recommended 115. I'd suggest better flat washers in the kit. Price was right, looks are good, and it has a place to mount the t connector. I didn't care for the plastic chrome trim and took that off. I doubt it would survive very long anyway. Great overall package, though. Glad I bought it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect replacement *by W***R on February 25, 2021* Ever since I bought my truck there was an old receiver with a hitch rusted in and it was only held in with 3 bolts. I am 17 and I was able to remove the old one install this in about an hour. The hardware seems solid and it fits up nice on my 02 Silverado. My only complaint is when In shipping it got a few small scratches and the chrome piece was wrecked. But that doesn’t matter to me because It will be used for more than a little hitch plate. Overall I’m happy with the fit and quality and how easy it was to install.
