Excellent Product; Perfect Fit. Better Price by seller (SupplyEdge)!!!
The product is as described by seller. It is a substitute for the original item, yet it has a perfect fit. Came in a very well protected package and after installing it on my electric range, it worked perfectly and instantly. I would recommend this product to anyone, the product is excellent, and the price is better; This same item sells on other websites for about 5 times the price I paid for. My only complaint is with the carrier chosen to deliver my product; LaserShip, they did not delivered on time and dared to notify Amazon & the seller (SupplyEdge);that they had made an attempt to deliver, when they didn't. I won't blame neither the seller (SupplyEdge) or Amazon, they went above and beyond trying to have the package delivered as soon as they found out about my problem.Im a very happy customer who now has a working electric range that looks and works like brand new.

Worth the $
It's been a pain for a while with the inconsistent heat from the Whirlpool stove. My landlord sent a mechanic twice and he just couldn't "fix" it. Sparks and smoke came out from the burner adapter occasionally and there was no tolerance of fire risk at all then. I then decided to purchase the burner and rewire kit out my pocket to replace it. Takes only $30 and 10 minutes, works like new. Cooking is a joyful work again. The replacing is very simple and needs no professional tools. Just make sure the stove is unplugged before working. One thing needs to be aware of is the bad odor when you first turn the burner on. I believe it's from the coating of the burner and it's toxic. I had the windows of my kitchen open, set the burner at mid-heat for about 5 minutes until the smoke and odor was totally gone. Then I turned it to high-heat to make sure it functions as well. Now it heats up in a very short time and the heat is very consistent.

Works great. Just in case others don't know
Works great. Just in case others don't know, there was a little metal tab that goes between the two prongs and "rests" or "leans" against the interior to get your burner to lay flat. It took me about 5 minutes and some contortions to figure out why the burner was not lying correctly. My tab had popped off of the socket. But my burner is now back in full operation.

Stove Burners
The elements fit perfectly and arrived in good time. After stopping by so many stores, including Home Depot, Sears and some small hardware stores, we found these online at a great price. We were told it would cost us double the price or more if we ordered on-line. The stove and oven still works well except the burners were rusty. Simple solution, no thanks to local retailers.

perfect, just what i needed
i have an old whirlpool electric stove (could be in a museum), and the burners worked but not great. i was hoping i could just replace them with new burners and that would take care of it. and it did. these burners fit perfectly, heat up well and consistently. definitely worth it.

Right burner element size but the drip pans won't work on this one
I have a 1991 Whirlpool stove/oven in the apartment I rent and it was just faster to buy the burner element I needed replaced [the big 8 inch one] and put it in myself. I got the item fast and it's the right size, but the metal supports under the actual burner elements are a bit too big for the Whirlpool drip pans and I had to bend 2 of the 3 metal supports to accept the new Whirlpool stove burner drip pans. It is now flat on the stove and first tuned it on to see if it works. It works, but smoked quite a bit at first but works. I am a bit concerned about other reviewers saying these burner elements explodes after a few months.......hope that does not happen. If it does explode, I will most certainly downgrade this item from the current 3 stars to 1 star and contact the seller. But it works fine, so far.

Perfect replacement.
Great replacement for our burnt out eye. Happy to find one individually for sale, most sell as packs. Now we can cook on all four burners! Just a note : expect a weird new smell from the element the first several times you use it. All heating devices and coils in my experience do have a "new" smell so I wasn't worried. It does go away!

Great burner, cheap shoddy bracket underneath
Great replacement burner. I’ve ordered these twice. Burner never fails but the metal bracket underneath is cheap metal and is what deteriorates long ahead of the burner itself.
