Very nice pan for cookies
Perfect size and weight for my Biscotti Works well and is nonstick Easy cleaning

Make Biscotti Easy
Love making Biscotti, especially using an Italian recipe - lighter and don't require shaping. With these pans the task takes time to "twice bake" but it isn't difficult at all. Pans are very well made, bake evenly and easy to clean. Would buy them again.

Dealing With a Too Dark Baking Pan
PROS: 1. Nice Size 2. Sturdy CON: Pan too dark--sides and bottom of biscottis bake up too dark. In that they must be baked twice, a lighter metal pan would be better. Possible solutions I researched this problem and found these suggestions: 1. Turn oven down 25 degrees. 2. Wrap aluminum foil around outside of pan. 3. Check for doneness 5 to 10 minutes earlier than recipe suggests. FYI: Biscottis must be baked the first time until they start to crack. I will see if these suggestions work for my next batch of biscottis.

Love these pans!
I had never made biscotti before but wanted to try it for xmas gifts....it was very fun to make, and the pans made it a no-brainer! They were the perfect size and worked very easy...be sure to grease the pan good...some came out easy & others not so easy. But was my fault...some recipes said not to grease & they came out easy. The recipes with no butter or oil tend to stick more. Love the pans, easy to clean...non-stick.

Disappointed
Dissatisfied quality for price (25$). Dented in 2 corners. (Packing Box and padding inside box was good) Each corner is curved as well as sides. The measurements (using inside of pan bottom, where biscotti batter would be formed) is: 11.5”D x 5”W x 1”H (this pan is advertised as: 8”D x 5”W x 3”H) Did they send a different pan ? IDK. I’m returning. Found a better pan same price.

Good pan
I haven't had a chance yet to use this pan but it is well made and of a heavier gauge steel than what the photo looks like. I may well upgrade to 5 stars after I use it.

Biscotti Pans
Worked beautifully. Made the biscotti all evenly sized. No more questing or they came out to wide or to thin. Love them planning on purchasing more.
