I will say that when I am doing dead lifts, rack pulls and similar exercises I do sometimes need to use a little chalk for extra grip if it’s over 140lb resistance. From the bottom of the palm to the top of the middle finger?** A: I think the description on the size chart is confusing. The measurement should be from the bottom of your palm to the BASE of your middle finger (palm size), not the TOP (tip?) of your middle finger. **Q: Do you find these are too bulky for kettle bell swings?
